Matthew E. Breecher is an accounting and information systems specialist with over 15 years professional experience (combined private industry and public accounting).

Mr. Breecher holds a B.S. in International Business, and completed a Post-Baccalaureate program in Accounting, both from Arizona State University. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Information Security Manager and has worked for some of the most well respected local and national firms, including PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Prior to his experience in public accounting, Mr. Breecher was the Controller and Chief Financial Officer for a distributor of industrial products based in Phoenix, Arizona. As Controller/CFO he was responsible for all accounting, finance and information technology activities within the company, assisted with the development of international trade (both import and export) and was a key participant in the overall strategic planning.

Currently, Mr. Breecher, and the firm, specialize in assurance, advisory and technology solutions. Please note, while Mr. Breecher is a licensed professional in several states (including an active CPA in Arizona); the firm itself does not engage in public accounting or legal matters. Services are limited to technology, information security and training on relevant laws and regulations.
